In Vancouver, student accommodation varies between $329 per week – $958 per week depending on the student accommodation option you choose. Additional cost of living expenses including transportation, groceries, entertainment, bills, etc. can average around $2,000 per month, depending on what you do during your time in the city.
Student safety is our priority. At each of our schools, we have dedicated first contacts for emergencies, as well as student support. All of our staff members and educators are trained to understand, handle, and report on any critical incidents that may occur. Training includes crisis management, by-stander intervention, and CPR & First Aid. In Vancouver, our school also requires all visitors to check in at the front desk before accessing the remainder of the school, reducing the risk of unknown individuals accessing our school.
Vancouver experiences all four seasons, but generally speaking, it has a mild, oceanic climate. In the summer, you can expect warm days with temperatures averaging around 20-25°C. During the winter, Vancouver is cooler and wetter, but rarely sees snow, with temperatures most often ranging between 0-7°C. Vancouver typically sees more mild weather in comparison to other cities in Canada, makes it a comfortable city for all students to study!
