I had an amazing experience studying at Oxford School of English in Vancouver. From the very beginning, I felt welcomed and supported in every step of my learning journey. In a nutshell, my experience at Oxford International was excellent. Overall I have drastically improved my English skills and made a few friends. Since joining the school my English has skyrocketed as we covered wide-range topics related to science, medicine, history, economics and more. Sometimes they were challenging but I learned a lot. Now I feel confident reading and writing about almost anything . I would like to acknowledge wonderful people who work at the school. They are doing their best to ensure students feel welcome and supported. Not only did I have a great time learning English but also there were many activities after class students could participate in- even though I didn’t join any myself, it's great that these opportunities were available. I spent six months in Halifax at Oxford International taking English courses, and it was honestly one of the best experiences of my life. The teachers are really attentive to students’ needs, and the learning programs are very well designed and effective. At some point, you might feel like you're not improving — but don’t worry, that’s completely normal. It’s just part of the learning process. Today, I feel very comfortable in English! comfortable enough that my employer trusts me to work in fully English-speaking environments 😅 But beyond the classes, the best part of my experience at Oxford was the amazing people I met and the great friendships I built. I truly recommend Oxford International to anyone who wants to improve their English in a supportive and motivating environment. We shared so many fun moments together, and coming to class every day never felt stressful at all. These days have truly become such beautiful memories for me. The friendships and the teachers here are wonderful. Everyone was kind to me from the very first day until the last. Even though I was far from home, I never felt lonely. I love this place. Thank you for giving me more than just knowledge. Thank you for the love and warmth I received from everyone here.
