Oxford International Joins New Pilot Language Pathway Program in Ontario

A new chapter in international education has begun in Ontario. Through the leadership of Languages Canada, the Joint Pathway Program (JPP) pilot has officially launched, bringing together accredited language schools and public colleges to create a more integrated pathway from English language training to higher education in Canada.

At the centre of this milestone is Oxford International, which has proudly signed on as a participating language institution in this innovative initiative.

A New Model for Language Pathways in Canada

The Joint Pathway Program (JPP) introduces a fully IRCC-compliant structure that allows international students to complete English language training and transition into post-secondary studies under one unified program and a single study permit.

This model simplifies the pathway process for students while strengthening collaboration between trusted language schools and higher education institutions.

As part of the pilot phase in Ontario, Languages Canada has signed umbrella Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with several participating institutions, including Oxford International.
